About Me:

Enia Monteiro grew up already diving into mystic experiences, meditations and lots more from a very young age.

In the years that followed she discovered a lot about herself and life. She traveled inwards and explored outwards, including learning yoga and reiki in India. The more she dove into knowing herself, she studied more therapies such as Thetahealing, Sound Healing, different types of reiki and energy healings.

With a traumatic and narcissistic childhood she grew up feeling emotionally neglected, feeling that she was never enough and suffered from social anxiety for more than 20 years. She had zero confidence, her emotional development was stunted and it made it very difficult for her to have healthy relationships, to be happy at jobs and businesses. She was always trying to find something that would make her feel complete.

Suddenly she saw herself diving deeply into yoga, meditation, and spirituality groups to ease her pain, she began to free herself from the inner child wounds and her ability to cope with life improved.she developed a loving relationship to herself, and a healthier relationship with work, money and other people.

Today she helps others searching through darkness to find their light too, to illuminate their own path, and leave a trail that they can be proud of.
